Autocross is a form of motorsports that emphasizes safe competition and active participation. An autocross is a competition in which drivers navigate one at a time through a defined coned course on either a sealed or an unsealed surface. Autocross differs from road racing and oval racing in that generally there is only one car on the course, racing against the clock rather than other cars. As an entry-level motorsport it provides a steppingstone for drivers looking to move into other more competitive and possibly expensive forms of racing (such as rallying and circuit racing).

Autocross courses are typically up to one to two kilometres long and tend to place demands on car handling and driver skill rather than on engine power and outright speed. Courses may be temporary and marked by traffic cones or be permanent with approval by a motorsport body.

Events typically have many classes that allow almost any vehicle, from economy sedans to purpose-built racing cars, to compete. Due to the nature of a typical track, speeds can be slower when compared to other forms of motorsports, usually not exceeding highway speeds, but the activity level (measured in discrete turns per minute) can be higher than even Formula One due to the large number of elements packed into each course. Our autocross driving experiences give you the full feel of the power and handling of an exotic super car around a coned course in any area with a large flat area of pavement. We do not time the experience but in car video is offered!

3Do you cancel events for inclement weather? Or other
We run RAIN OR SHINE! If there is severe weather; tornado warning, thunderstorms, heavy rain resulting in standing water on the course, then we will cancel the event. Also, events will be postponed due to low enrollement which we have implemented since Covid-19. For cancelled events, you will be notified via email. You will have 6 months to reschedule your date. There are NO refunds as a result of weather cancellations or low attendance.
4Car Availability
All cars are subject to availability. Mechanical issues and accidents do arise. We will notify you before an event if we know that the car will be unavailable, which will allow you to reschedule free of charge. Refunds are not granted due to car availability.
5Height, Weight & Age Requirements
- Must be 18 years old or older with valid driver's license to participate - Must be over 58” or shorter than 6’7” to DRIVE (Max height 6’4” for Lamborghini)
- Max weight 350lbs
6December 31st Place Holder Date
If your date is cancelled due to extreme weather, any Act of God or an issue with the venue, you have exactly one year to reschedule to a new date. You will be placed in the December 31st booking for your venue and that is your place holder for first pick at the new calendar year date. Once our new dates are up you can call or email and move from the place holder date.

8How do pictures and videos work?

You may purchase photos or video upon registering on the day of the event. Photos are of the driver outside the car, inside the car, with family, etc.

Video is in car, behind the driver and it sees the course as he/she does.

9Are the cars manual or automatic?
All of our cars are AUTOMATIC. In order to provide the most favorable car driving experience, all of the vehicles have an automatic transmission. This will allow faster, more accurate acceleration through corners and sprints.
10Am I the driver or am I a passenger?

You are the DRIVER.

An instructor will sit in the passenger seat for guidance, safety, and insurance purposes, but you will have complete control of the vehicle.

We do offer RIDE ALONGS. This is when our Pro Driver drives you around for some hot laps; see the course, see the car capabilities.

11Can I watch someone else drive?
Yes. Family and friends are more than welcome! Note: Access to see the course is limited due to safety regulations.
12Vehicle Protection Requirements?
For your protection, a Vehicle Damage Policy is available that covers damage to the car resulting from driver error, subject to a deductible for damage in excess of stated amount. It is required by all drivers that they provide official documentation from your insurance carrier stating that "you are covered up to $250,000 for privately owned, non- registered, exotic and high-performance vehicles; to be operated on an either a private course, off road designed for competition". The document must list Circuit One LLC and Circuit One Events LLC on the policy. This document must be notarized. Your insurance card is not valid proof. If you do not possess this document upon arrival for your reserved driving time, the basic option of $30 Vehicle Protection Policy must be purchased prior to driving any vehicle on the course. If the same participant is driving multiple vehicles, insurance purchased covers each vehicle and experience. Insurance is NOT required for ride alongs. The policy will remain in force until the conclusion of your driving experience. Any questions or concerns about acceptable types of documents should be forwarded to our reservations department at 888-314-6965 or email [email protected] Your participation does not constitute as "car rentals", and these are not “rental vehicles”. Credit card companies (that often cover rental car damage, including AMEX) will not cover any damage to these vehicles, while being driven off road or on racing type events; ie autocross. Please inquire with your own insurance company to verify your coverage prior to calling the reservations department.
13How early should I arrive?
You should arrive at the event location 15 minutes prior to the time you scheduled on the Registration page. This will give you plenty of time to chat with our staff, sign up and get ready for the time of your life.
14What is the deadline to transfer to a new event?
Transfers cannot be made under 15-days of the registered event date. If you think there’s a chance you cannot make your event, you should transfer before this deadline.
15How long does it take?
Depending on how many laps, the entire time you will be at location can be 30 minutes to 1.5 hours
16How long is the track?
The exhilarating car driving event isn’t on a “track”. It is actually an autocross style course. This is set up with cones and geared for more agility driving.
17Is Exotic Driving Events hands-on driving experience dangerous?

Challenging? Intense? Thrilling? Yes, we are all those things and more.

However, we hold safety to the highest standard and do not create any courses that will truly put you in danger of serious injury or death. Circuit One is meant to be an experience that you get to tell your grandchildren about someday.

18What if my date is cancelled?
If your date is cancelled due to extreme weather, any Act of God or an issue with the venue, you have exactly 6 months to reschedule to a new date. If event is canceled in Nov or Dec, you will be placed in the December 31st booking for your venue and that is your place holder for first pick at the new calendar year date. Once our new dates are up you can call or email and move from the place holder date.
19Can I transfer my registration to someone else?
Yes, but the request to change participants must be received one week prior to the event. Circuit One tickets are non-refundable. The new participant must also be 18 years of age.
20Do I make a reservation/How do I see available times?
Yes. All our car driving experiences require you to prebook. If you ordered a voucher through a third-party site, you would enter that code in the Promotional Code box on the booking page. 21When do I choose the car I'll drive?
The car you’ll drive is chosen when you book your event here. After Venue and Car Selection is made, date and time options pop up. If “no special tours” pops up after selecting your preferred car, select a different car option for that location as that indicates your first choice is sold out.
22Can I bring my own Go-Pro?
Unfortunately, we cannot allow you to wear or mount your own go-pro due to safety and liability. Video is available for purchase before and at the event!
23What should I wear to the event?
Wear comfortable driving attire. Wear clothes that are not constricting yet dress is your style for pictures and videos.
24Refund Policy / Day of Event Termination

We have a no refund policy. All sales are final. If your event is cancelled due to weather, venue issues, or any Act of God, Covid-19 or similar, you will be placed in the next available date at your chosen location. If this new date does not work for you, you have one year from the new date option to use your experience. You also have the option to sell your experience to another person and change the name on the booking without additional costs.

DAY OF EVENT – Failure to follow safety instructions provided by our instructor will result in termination of experience and removal from track without refund if all laps were not completed.

Yes! Guests and children often join in on the fun with our popular ride-alongs. Our professional driver makes it possible for anyone to feel the power and maneuvering of an exotic supercar. Children must be 48inches tall and have a parent or guardian accompanying them. A waiver will need to be signed at event. No reservations are needed for ride-alongs, walk-ups are always welcome!
27Help, my voucher is expiring!
The expiration date on your voucher is the BOOK BY date, not the date you must participate by. If you voucher has expired, rather than applying the monetary value of your voucher to our retail price, there is only a $60 fee for the late booking.
Example: You purchased a Groupon for $89. We would subtract that amount from the 3 Lap Retail of $275 and you would owe $186. Instead – there is just a flat rate $60 fee.
28What is the additional fee when booking?
Depending on where you are located there is a booking processing fee for Groupons & other third-party vouchers. There is also sales tax depending on your location., since 3rd party sites do not collect tax.

20Vehicle Protection Requirements for American Muscle?
Basic Policy - For an additional fee of $79.00 USD The American Muscle Experience agrees to release Lessee from any liability for any and all damages caused by the Lessee to the leased Supercar or any vehicle driven by Lessee that is property of Lessor with no deductible for damages up to $15,000. Any damages over and above the $15,000 there is a deductible of $3,000.00 USD, while it is operated by the Lessee, driving in conformity with the instructions provided by the Lessor. In the event an incident occurs under $15,000 with purchased insurance, you will not receive a refund for any portion of your experience that was not completed. Premium Policy - For an additional fee of $99.00 USD The American Muscle Experience agrees to release Lessee from any liability for any and all damages caused by the Lessee to the leased Supercar or any vehicle driven by Lessee that is property of Lessor with no deductible for damages up to $30,000. Any damages over and above the $30,000 there is a deductible of $1,500.00 USD, while it is operated by the Lessee, driving in conformity with the instructions provided by the Lessor.
